Lock Haven University notched one goal in each half to deal the Lady Cat soccer team a tough, 2-0 PSAC loss, Friday afternoon at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field. Pitt-Johnstown dropped to 0-3-0 overall and 0-3-0 in the PSAC.

Madison Taylor's header off of a through ball from Harley Rolph in the 31
st minute opened the scoring to put Lock Haven up 1-0 at the half.

The Lady Eagles added an insurance goal with a long shot by Taylor Ludlam that bounced over
Leeann Gorman in the 54
th minute.

Gorman faced 22 shots and made 11 saves, but suffered the loss. Dana Wozniak got the shutout in goal for Lock Haven after seeing seven Mountain Cat shots and making four saves.

Lock Haven, which outshot Pitt-Johnstown 22-7, improved to 1-1-1 overall and 1-1-1 in the PSAC.

The Lady Cats will host PSAC matches against Bloomsburg University on Saturday at 1:30 and Mansfield University on Wednesday at 4:30. Both games will be played at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field.
