Lady Cat goalkeeper Timi Shiock made 17 saves and allowed just one goal, but it still wasn't enough, as Kutztown University held on for a 1-0 PSAC victory, Saturday afternoon at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field.  The Lady Cats fell to 0-12-0 overall and 0-10-0 in conference-play.
 
Shiock saw 17 shots and made seven saves in a scoreless first half, before Logan Kramer netted the lone goal of the match off of Sam Costello's cross 12 minutes into the second half.
 
After that, Shiock continued her great play and held Kutztown scoreless the rest of the way.
 
Shiock faced 36 Golden Bears shots and made 17 saves.  Kutztown goalkeeper Deanna Messner saw just three Pitt-Johnstown shots and made a pair of saves to record the victory.
 
Kutztown improved to 8-3-0 overall and 7-3-0 in the PSAC.
 
The Lady Cats travel to Mercyhurst University for a PSAC match on Tuesday, before returning home to host a conference match against Gannon University on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
