Clarion University got first half goals from Anna Chamberlain and Kelly Antonucci to build a 2-0 halftime advantage on its way to dealing the Lady Cats a 4-0 PSAC road loss on Saturday. Pitt-Johnstown fell to 0-4-0 overall and 0-3-0 in conference-play.

Chamberlain gave the Golden Eagles a 1-0 lead just over 17 minutes into the match, before Antonucci followed with a goal off of assists from Taylor Starr and Stephanie Lias in the 39
th minute to make it 2-0 at the break.

Clarion increased it to 3-0 on Aaliyah Odom's unassisted tally 22 minutes into the second half, before Starr's header in the final minute set the final at 4-0.

Timi Shiock took the loss in goal for the Lady Cats after seeing 20 shots and allowing all four goals. Shiock also made seven saves. Laura Saussol earned the shutout for the Golden Eagles after facing 12 Pitt-Johnstown shots and making four saves.

With the victory, Clarion evened its record at 2-2-0 overall and 2-2-0 in the PSAC.

Pitt-Johnstown continues a stretch of four straight PSAC road matches at Lock Haven on Friday and at Bloomsburg on Saturday. The Lady Cats will play their next home match against Edinboro on September 27 at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field.
