Becca Cordo opened the scoring in the 21
st minute to give Goldey-Beacom and early 1-0 lead, but Pitt-Johnstown answered 10 minutes later to knot it on
Kaitlyn Eckley's shot that found the back of the net inside the left post.

The score remained the same until the 59
th minute when Megan Harvis beat Pitt-Johnstown goal keeper
Leigh Appolonia to put the Lightning in front 2-1.

The Lady Cats battled back again. This time,
Brittany Montano finished
Rachel Flemings assist to tie it at two with under seven minutes to play.

However, Goldey-Beacom tallied another goal just 43 second later when Crammond scored inside the top left corner. That proved to be the match-winner for the Lightning.

Appolonia faced 17 Goldey-Beacom shots, allowed all three goals, and made six saves for Pitt-Johnstown. Cindell Aguirre picked-up the win in net for the Lightning after seeing eight shots, surrendering a pair of goals, and making two saves.

With the win, Goldey-Beacom improved to 8-9-0 on the season.
