Box Score Olivia McCabe recorded her fifth straight double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds, but Seton Hill erased a two-point halftime deficit with 20-4 to start the third quarter on its way to a 66-58 PSAC victory over the, Lady Cats, Tuesday night in Greensburg. Pitt-Johnstown had its three-game winning streak snapped and slipped to 4-3 overall and 2-2 in conference-play.

Ana Hollen scored five points in the early going, before
Jasmine Harper closed a 7-1 Pitt-Johnstown run with a lay-up to put the Lady Cats in front 10-4 just over six minutes into the game. Seton Hill got a bucket from Alexandra Hay, but a pair of free-throws and a basket in the paint from
Olivia McCabe gave Pitt-Johnstown a 16-11 lead at the end of the first quarter.

After
Laurel O'Barto's 3-pointer two minutes into the second quarter put Pitt-Johnstown back up by six, the Griffins outscored the Lady Cats 13-4 to take a three point lead of their own. Hannah Laslo's lay-up knotted it at 21 with 3:14 left, and Hay hit a 3-pointer at 1:08 to give Seton Hill a 26-23 advantage.

Pitt-Johnstown answered right back on its next possession with a 3-pointer from
Olivia Rizzo, and McCabe followed with two more of her eight first half points to give the Lady Cats a slim 28-26 lead at the half.

The Griffins bounced back from the poor shooting in the first half and used a 20-4 run to build a 46-32 lead. A 3-pointer from Mariah Wells and a jumper from Laslo to open the third quarter gave the lead back to Seton hill. Jharrin Gill's basket then pushed it out to 43-32, and Hay made one of two free-throws to extend it to 14.

Rizzo's lay-up and free-throw late in the quarter to cut it to 46-35, before Harper's free-throw 21 seconds into the fourth quarter got Pitt-Johnstown to within 10.

However, Seton Hill built the lead to as many as 18 with 2:12 to play and went on to the hold off the Lady Cats by eight.

Along with McCabe,
Leah Hansen had 10 points and five rebounds, while O'Barto, Harper, Hollen, and Rizzo all finished with seven points for Pitt-Johnstown. Harper also grabbed six rebounds in the loss.

Harper currently stands in 35
th-place on the Lady Cat All-Time Scoring List with 1,033 points. She is also 15
th on the All-Time Rebounding List with 621 rebounds.

Wells finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds to lead four Seton Hill Players whom scored in double figures. Laslo, Hay, and Gill all chipped-in 10 points for the Griffins, who made it three straight wins and improved to 5-2 overall and 2-1 in the PSAC.

The Lady Cats travel to PSAC games at Kutztown University on Friday and Mansfield University on Saturday, before playing Saint Francis University in a non-conference game at the Cambria County War Memorial on December 12. Pitt-Johnstown will then host a non-conference game against the University of Charleston (WV) on December 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the Sports Center.Â
