The eighth-ranked Mountain Cat wrestlers spotted No. 15 Seton Hill University a seven-point lead to start, but Cody Law's technical fall win at 157 lbs. sparked a streak of six straight Pitt-Johnstown win in a 26-10 PSAC victory over the Griffins, Wednesday night in the Sports Center.  The Mountain Cats improved to 9-2 overall and 3-0 in the conference.
 
Seton Hill started fast and jumped out to an early 7-0 win after two bouts.  Alan Diltz shout out Zeke Beatty, 4-0, to open at 125 lbs., and Tyler Kenney scored a 13-5 major decision over Tanner Cahill at 133 lbs.
 
Chris Eddins' answered for the Mountain Cats at 141 lbs., by downing Austin Shaw, 6-4, before Seton Hill's seventh-ranked Ty Lydic earned a 6-5 win over Corey Falleroni at 149 lbs. with a third period escape and a point for riding time to rebuild the Griffins' lead to 10-3.
 
However, Pitt-Johnstown got a 23-8 technical fall at 6:08 from No.2-ranked Cody Law over two-time National Qualifier Zach Voytek at 157 lbs., and Steve Edwards held off Damon Greenwald, 1-0, at 165 lbs. to give the Mountain Cats their first lead of the night at 11-10.
 
Pitt-Johnstown kept it going with an 8-0 major decision win by No. 11 John Blankenship at 184 lbs., and an 8-1 decision by Levi Niebauer over Billy Bowlen at 184 lbs. to increase it to 18-10.
 
With just two bouts remaining Nico Pecora dealt Morris Lawson an 8-0 major decision loss at 197 lbs., and No. 11 D.J. Sims closed out the Mountain Cat with a lopsided 16-3 major decision over Lou Maser at 285 lbs.
 
With the loss, Seton Hill dropped to 3-5 overall and 1-4 in the PSAC.
 
Pitt-Johnstown travels to a PSAC match at Gannon on Saturday to begin a stretch of three straight road matches, before returning home to celebrate Senior Night against Shippensburg on February 7 at 7 p.m. in the Sports Center.
