th-ranked Pitt-Johnstown wrestlers fell behind 18-6, but won the final four bouts, including
D.J. Sims' technical fall over Zachary Yackenchick at 285 lbs., to battle back for a 21-18 PSAC victory at Millersville on Friday. Pitt-Johnstown improved to 12-2 overall and 5-0 in the PSAC.
With three starters out of the line-up, including No.1-ranked
Cody Law (157 lbs.), and No. 3
Tyler Reinhart (165 lbs.), Pitt-Johnstown struggled early, but stormed back.

John Blankenship scored a 14-2 major decision over Liam Morrill at 174 lbs. to cut it to 18-10 with three bouts remaining.
Pitt-Johnstown stayed alive with
Levi Niebauer's 8-1 decision over Evan Morrill at 184 lbs., before
Nico Pecora got a takedown in the first overtime to down Colton Dull, 4-2, at 197 lbs. to get the Mountain Cats to within two at 18-16 entering the final match of the night.
Sims went on to dominate Yackenchick with an 18-0 technical fall in the second period to get Pitt-Johnstown the tight victory.
Millersville jumped on the Mountain Cats for an early 12-0 lead. Austin Camacci won by forfeit at 125 lbs., and Aaron Wildonger pinned
Joe Davis in 48 seconds at 133 lbs.
Pitt-Johnstown clawed back to cut the deficit in half with decision wins at 141 and 149 lbs.
Chris Eddins shutout Kyle Loeb, 3-0, and
Corey Falleroni scored a 7-3 victory over Davis Charles to make it 12-6.
The Marauders answered with a 3-2 win by Seth Decker at 157 lbs. over
Boe Bonzo to increase the lead to 15-6 midway through the match.

Steve Edwards at 165 lbs., pushed Millersville's led to 18-6, but No 12

Pitt-Johnstown returns home to celebrate Senior Night against Shippensburg on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Sports Center, before closing out the regular season at fifth-ranked Mercyhurst on February 11.
