
The Pitt-Johnstown Mountain Cats softball team dropped both games of a double header, 1-0 and 2-0, against Lock Haven University Saturday afternoon at Lawrence Field. The Mountain Cats fell to 8-14 overall and 4-6 in the PSAC Central. Lock Haven improved to 21-9 overall and 10-0 in conference.

GAME ONE
Lock Haven got their only run of the game when Moriah Lindsey grounded out scoring Olivia Hall.

Kristen Coffay took the complete-game loss for the Mountain Cats. Coffay tossed a three-hitter,
 giving up one run and striking out three.

Bekah Slattery got the win for Lock Haven. Slattery gave up two hits and struck out eight Mountain Cat hitters.

GAME TWO
Lock Haven's Faith Ceely doubled to right-center field scoring Traci Kromko.

In the fourth inning, Bryann Hilty hit a homerun to left field to make it, 2-0 Lock Haven.

Coffay took the complete-game loss for the Mountain Cats in game two. She gave up two-earned runs on three hits and striking out one.

Kayla Gee got the complete-game win for the Bald Eagles. Gee gave up one hit and struck out seven.
