
The Pitt-Johnstown men's soccer team dropped a home-conference game Sunday afternoon against Mercyhurst, 2-0. The Mountain Cats fell to 2-5-0 overall and 0-4-0 in the PSAC. Mercyhurst improved to 3-2-2 overall and 1-1-2 in the PSAC.

Josh Zakrzewski took the loss for the Mountain Cats in net. Zakrzewski faced 25 shots, making 10 saves and allowed two goals.
Martin Jarc earned the shutout win for Mercyhurst in net. Jarc faced four shots making two saves.
The Mountain Cats return to action next Friday when they travel to Tacoma Park, Md., to take on Washington Adventist University, before traveling to face Shepherd University next Sunday.
