The Pitt-Johnstown women's volleyball team will host a non-conference match against West Liberty (WV) University, Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Sports Center.

Pitt-Johnstown enters the match at 6-8 overall after splitting a pair of home PSAC matches over the weekend. On Friday, California (PA) rallied for a five set victory over the Mountain Cats, before Pitt-Johnstown defeated Seton Hill in Five sets on Saturday.Â
Caitlin Vrabel and
Maura Brehl each had 14 kills, and
Noelle Carota added 11 kills to lead Pitt-Johnstown in the win over the Griffins.

West Liberty, under seventh-year Head Coach Kayla Mull, has won seven straight matches and comes in at 15-3 on the year. The Hilltoppers won four straight Mountain East Conference matches last week, then swept non-conference matches against Bob Jones University and Ohio Christian on Saturday.

Pitt-Johnstown and West Liberty met on in West Liberty, W.Va. on September 7, and the Hilltoppers came away with a 3-sets-to-1 victory. Raimey Baumhoer, Caitlin Clarke, and Madison Clayton all had 11 kills to pace West Liberty. Brehl finished with a match-high 18 kills and 15 digs, while Carota had 13 kills and a block, and
Caitlin Vrabel had 10 kills and a pair of blocks for the Mountain Cats.

Following Tuesday's match against the Hilltoppers, Pitt-Johnstown travels to PSAC matches at East Stroudsburg on Friday and Kutztown on Saturday. The Mountain Cats will play their next home matches on October 5 at 7 p.m. against Millersville, and October 6 at 1 p.m. against West Chester.
