Head Coach Kim Stephens' (6th-year) Glenville State Pioneers, the defending NCAA Division II National Champions, are 7-1 on the year and ranked eighth in the Division II Coaches' Poll and 18th in the Division II Sports Information Directors' Poll.  Glenville State extended its win streak to four straight games following Wednesday's 103-75 home win over Frostburg State (MD) and Saturday's  89-71 victory at Fairmont State (WV).  Mo Pruitt's double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds and Aline Fevrier's double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds paced five Pioneers who scored in double figures against the Falcons.

Pitt-Johnstown and Glenville State met last season on Nov. 21 and the Pioneers came away with an 88-54 victory in Glenville, W.Va.  Makalyn Clapper and Norling each had 15 points and six rebounds, while Alazaus added 13 points and nine rebounds to pace the Mountain Cats.  Taychaun Hubbard's 21 points and Re'Shawna Stone's 16 points led four Pioneers who scored in double figures.

The Mountain Cats will be back in action when they host PSAC Crossover doubleheaders with the men's team against West Chester on Sunday and Millersville on Monday.  The women will tip-off both doubleheaders at 1 p.m. in the Sports Center.
