Shepherdstown, W.Va.

The Mountain Cats jumped out to the 1-0 lead when Neidig, a 2021 All-Region performer, beat Shepherd goalkeeper Alayna Burgamy 20 minutes into the match.

The Rams answered to tie it 12 minutes later on a Sara Hohn penalty kick goal, and it went into the halftime break knotted at one.
