Pitt-Johnstown senior goalkeeper Sachi Negri was named PSAC Western Division Defensive Athlete of the Week on Monday after allowing just one goal and making 15 saves in a pair of Pitt-Johnstown conference victories last week.

In Wednesday's 1-0 shutout victory at Clarion, Negri faced 10 shots and made five saves.

She followed that effort up by making 10 saves (23 shots faced) in a 2-1 Mountain Cat victory at Slippery Rock on Saturday.

Sachi has helped lead Pitt-Johnstown to a 3-2-2 overall record and 3-1-1- mark in the PSAC West so far this season.
