The Pitt-Johnstown volleyball team will close out a stretch of three consecutive PSAC Western Division matches on Tuesday when Indiana (PA) visits the Sports Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
Coach Morgan Mammosser's Pitt-Johnstown team split a pair of PSAC West matches over the weekend and come in at 7-9 overall and 1-3 in conference-play.
Lualis Alvarado's 11 kills led the Mountain Cats to a five-set win over Seton Hill on Friday, before Slippery Rock defeated Pitt-Johnstown in straight sets on Saturday.
Abi Leitner had nine kills against the Rock.

Coach Lorelle Hoyer and the IUP Crimson Hawks have won three straight matches and are 13-2 overall and 3-1 in the PSAC West after sweeping California (PA) on Friday and downing Seton Hill in four sets on Saturday.
Caroline Walsh had nine kills against the Vulcans, and
Nicole Peterson tallied a match-high 19 kills against the Griffins.
Since 2007, Pitt-Johnstown holds a 9-5 advantage over the Crimson Hawks. Last season,
Alvarado had 12 kills and
Grace Miller added 11 kills to lead the Mountain Cats to a sweep in the Sports Center on Oct. 15. IUP then swept Pitt-Johnstown in Indiana on Nov. 9, behind 10 kills each from
Peterson,
Walsh, and
Stefania, Anagnostou.
Pitt-Johnstown visits Clarion for a PSAC match on Friday, before hosting a non-conference match against Shippensburg next Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Sports Center.
