
Pitt-Johnstown four-time NCAA National Qualifier and three-time Division II All-American
Jacob Ealy was named the PSAC Wrestler of the Week on Tuesday after picking up two falls in a total time of 1:59 over the weekend.
On Saturday, Ealy pinned Hayden Kuhn just :32 into the opening period in his bout at 149 lbs. to help the Mountain Cats secure a 27-10 win over 12th-ranked Ashland (OH), Friday night in the Sports Center.
The following afternoon, Ealy pinned Findlay's (OH) Mason Kleinberg at 1:27 in a narrow, 21-20, loss on Criteria.
Ealy, who need nine victories to become Pitt-Johnstown's 27th wrestler to reach 100 career wins, is currently 9-1 overall and 6-1 in dual meets with four falls and three technical falls.
