Pitt-Johnstown's Rodney Shultz, the PSAC Western Division Pitcher of the Week and National Collegiate Baseball Writers' Association (NCBWA) Atlantic Region Pitcher of the Week, was also named the D2 Baseball Insider and NCBWA National Pitcher of the Week on Thursday after tossing a no-hitter against Mercyhurst last Saturday.

The junior right-hander from Tyrone, Pa. held Mercyhurst hitless in a 1-0 Mountain Cat victory to begin a four-game conference series in Erie, Saturday afternoon.  Shultz, who needed just 90 pitches and faced just one batter over the minimum, struck out eight and only allowed one walk.
