Head Coach Justin Haupt and the Pitt-Johnstown women's volleyball team, coming off of the program's fifth appearance in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Tournament, have been picked to finish fourth by the conference coaches in the 2024 PSAC Western Division Preseason Poll.

Gannon received six of the eight first-place votes and was picked to win the PSAC Western Division, while Shippensburg garnered five of the eight first-place votes and was chosen by the coaches to win the Eastern Division.

The Mountain Cats posted a 19-12 overall record and a 9-7 mark in the PSAC West in 2023.  Haupt, the 2023 PSAC West Coach of the Year, returns All-PSAC performers in Lualis Alvarado, Adiamar Beaz, and Mallory Pinske.
