
PItt-Johnstown freshman
Audra Fedor placed third in a field a nearly 150 runners to pace the Mountain Cat women's cross country team to a fourth-place finish at Saturday's Lock Haven Invitational.
Walsh's (OH) Aeryn won individual medalist honors at 23:12.0, but St. Bonaventure (NY) secured the team title with 49 points, 14 points better than second-place Walsh.
Audra's time of 23:56.2 led the way for the Mountain Cats, while fellow freshman
Sydney Dunn finished seventh at 24:19.2. In addition,
Ava Barker placed 11th at 24:31.9, and
Ava Menzies (26:57.7) and
Marissa DeNezza (28:07.4) rounded out the top five Pitt-Johnstown runners.
St. Bonaventure and Walsh finished first and second, followed by Malone (OH) (104 points), Pitt-Johnstown (139 points) and Penn State Club XC (170 points) in the 15-team field.
Pitt-Johnstown will be in action again on Oct. 12 at the Carnegie Mellon University Invitational, before competing in the 2024 PSAC Championships in Kutztown on Oct. 26.
