Pitt-Johnstown found itself on the wrong end of an 87-36 loss to Edinboro on Wednesday evening at the Sports Center.
The Mountain Cats dipped to 2-13 overall (0-8 PSAC).
Sophomore Belle Bosch collected team-highs of 10 points and nine rebounds. Camille Dominick had six points and five boards, while Lexi Margolis chipped in five points.
Edinboro bounded out to an 8-0 advantage before buckets by Margolis and Bosch cut the deficit in half. The Mountain Cats scored the final five points of the opening quarter to trim it to 18-11. But the Scots took command with a 12-0 spurt to begin the second and went on top 31-11 at the 5:45 mark. Edinboro shot 58% (10-of-17) from the floor and headed into the break up 44-17.
The Mountain Cats utilized the second half as a learning experience with the game out of reach.
Rachael Manfredo had a game-high 18 points for the Scots, who moved to 12-3 (6-1 PSAC). Ashten Boggs added 16 points, and Gabby McDuffie provided 14 more.
The Mountain Cats visit Clarion on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the first game of a doubleheader with the men's team.
