
Kaden Reynolds accounted for the only two goals of the match to lift Slippery Rock to a 2-0 PSAC Western Division victory over Pitt-Johnstown on Senior Day at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field. The Mountain Cats slipped to 6-4-1 overall and 1-3-1 in conference-action.

Reynolds finished an assist from Cornelius Dedecker in the 27
th minute to give Slippery Rock a 1-0 halftime advantage.
The Rock quickly increased it to 2-0 on Reynolds' second goal of the afternoon less than two minutes into the second half.
After being limited to one shot in the first half, Pitt-Johnstown outshot Slippery Rock, 12-1, in the second half, but wasn't able to beat Rock goalkeeper Alvey Kaufman to cut into the deficit.

Jacob Tichnell saw six shots from The Rock, made a pair of saves, but allowed both goals, while Kaufman faced 13 shots from Pitt-Johnstown and made three saves to record the shutout.
With the win, Slippery Rock improved to 6-5-1 overall and 3-2-0 in the PSAC West.
The Mountain Cats travel to conference matches at California (PA) on Wednesday and Gannon next Saturday, before returning home to host a PSAC West match against Lock Haven on Oct. 29 at 3 p.m.
