West finished with 19 points on a perfect 7-7 shooting from the field and 1-1 from behind the 3-point line.  She also went 4-8 from the line, while Riley Childress had 14 points and a team-high five assists for Pitt-Johnstown.  Lexi Margolis contributed nine points and five boards, and Camille Dominick and freshman Alyssa Altemus added eight and seven points, respectively.

After Sophia Ott and West each hit a pair of free-throws to extend the Pitt-Johnstown lead to 29-21 just under three minutes into the second quarter, West Virginia Wesleyan ran off 12 unanswered points over the next five minutes, including baskets from Kilah Dandridge and Emma Witt, to regain the lead by four.  The Bobcats held that lead and went into halftime on to 37-33.

Dominick and Childress each knocked down three-pointers to tie it at 39 at the 8:06 mark of the third quarter, but West Virginia Wesleyan countered with a 13-2 run, capped by Witt's layup at 5:28, to go in front 52-41.  The Mountain Cats answered that by outscoring the Bobcats, 14-4, to cut the deficit to 56-55 on a late layup by Childress.
