
Noah Ser claimed the top spot in the High Jump and
Ryan Porch won the Long Jump to lead the Pitt Johnstown men at Saturday's Susquehanna Indoor Track and Field Invitational in Selinsgrove.
Ser won the High Jump at 1.94 meters and Porch won the Long Jump at 7.03 meters to lead a group of three Mountain Cats who placed in the top six.
Hunter Johnson was fourth (6.24 meters) and Ser was sixth (6.18 meters) in the Long Jump.
Pitt-Johnstown also got a third-place finish from
Isaiah Dyer in the Triple Jump at 13.02 meters and a sixth-place finish from
Bridger Blankenbicker in the Pole Vault at 3.90 meters.
In the track events,
Nick Legnine placed second in the 50-Meter Dash at 6.99, followed by a fourth-place finish from
Michael Ifidon (7.12) and a fifth-place finish from
Domenion Jacobs (7.12).
Cristian Thornton's runner-up finish led three Pitt-Johnstown in the 200-Meter Dash at 22.88, led three Mountain Cats who placed in the top 10. Ifidon was fourth (23.08), and
Marcello Legister was 10
th (23.61).
In addition, Thornton placed third in the 400-Meter Dun at 51.29, and
Aiden Lechleitner was third in the Mile Run at 4:26.40.
The Mountain Cats 4x400-Meter Relay Team of Legister, Jacobs,
Damian Blum, and
Noah Lee came away with a seventh-place finish at 3:33.16.
The Mountain Cats travel to the Mount Union Tune-up on Friday, before competing in the 2025 PSAC Indoor Championships in Lehigh, Pa. on March 1 and 2.
