Sarah Henry's goal gave the Pitt-Johnstown women's soccer team an early lead against seventh-ranked Gannon, but the Golden Knights came back with three unanswered goals to earn a, 3-1, PSAC West victory over the Mountain Cats, Saturday afternoon at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field. Pitt-Johnstown is now 0-3-3 overall and 0-3-1 in conference-play.
Henry finished a rebound 11 minutes into the match to put the Mountain Cats on top, but Gannon came back 18 minutes to knot it on Brooklyn Respecki's goal off of a corner kick.
The Golden Knights then took the lead four minutes into the second half on Jessie Watkins' goal off of a grace Emmanuel assist, before Ella Fadale added an insurance goal with nine minutes to play to set the final at 3-1.

Parker Grimm saw 33 Gannon shots, made a dozen saves to keep the Mountain Cats' hopes alive, but allowed all three goals.
Gannon's Morgan Sinan allowed one goal off of six Pitt-Johnstown shots and made three saves.
With the victory, the Golden Knights remained unbeaten and improved to 7-0-0 overall and 4-0-0 in the PSAC West.
The Mountain Cats will host a PSAC West match against Seton Hill on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field, before traveling to Slippery Rock for a conference match on Saturday.
