Head Coach Aideen O'Donoghue's Pitt-Johnstown women's soccer team returns home to host its 2026 PSAC West home-opener against Edinboro, Saturday afternoon at Richland High School.  Kick-off is set for 12 p.m.

The Mountain Cats are 1-2-0 overall and 0-1-0 in conference-play after kicking-off the PSAC West schedule with a tight, 1-0, setback at California (PA) on Wednesday. Pitt-Johnstown outshot the Vulcans, 14-4, but Casey Eaton's goal in the 19th minute proved to be the match-winner for Cal U.  The Mountain Cats also got a 4-1 win behind goals from Sarah Henry, Madelyn Pfaff, Faith King, and Maddie Barrick in last Sunday's home-opener against West Virginia Wesleyan.

Head Coach Gary Kagiavas (30th year) and the Edinboro Fighting Scots enter the match at 1-2-0 overall and 1-1-0 in the PSAC West following a 6-0 loss at at Slippery Rock on Wednesday.  The Fighting Scots began the season a 2-0 non-conference loss to Mercy (NY) on Aug. 27, then defeated Indiana (PA), 1-0, last Saturday on Jada Cole's goal to start their PSAC schedule.

Last season, Pitt-Johnstown and Edinboro split a pair of matches.  On Sept. 20, Edinboro earned a 3-1 home win, before the Mountain Cats got two goals from Henry and two assists from Lydia Roman to answer with a 2-0 shutout on Oct. 15 at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field.

The Mountain Cats will host a conference match against Indiana (PA) on Wednesday at 1 p.m., before visiting Slippery Rock on Sept. 12.
