Marissa Erminio led the Lady Cats with 12 kills, eight digs, and two service aces in the 3-0 PSAC sweep over West Chester University, Thursday evening in the Sports Center. Pitt-Johnstown swept the Golden Rams 25-19, 25-19, and 25-21 to improve to 12-4 overall and 6-2 in the PSAC.
Beth Kendera finished with nine kills and seven blocks, while
Kelsey Shanabrook added six kills and 19 digs.
Brittany Saetre chipped in 12 digs and
Ashley DiRado had six kills.
Allison Mondorff also finished with a game-high 29 assists.
With this loss, West Chester fell to 10-7 overall and 2-6 in the PSAC.
Pitt-Johnstown is scheduled to host a conference match against Cheyney University on Friday at 7 p.m. in the Sports Center, before hosting PSAC crossover matches on October 18 and 19.
