Derik Swope Named WVIAC Soccer Player of the Week

Mountain Cat junior forward Derik Swope (Harleysville, Pa.) has been named the WVIAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week by the conference office after scoring two goals and collecting two assists to help Pitt-Johnstown open the season with a pair of victories... (Full WVIAC Release)
Swope accounted for a goal and an assist in Saturday's season-opening 3-2 win over Bloomsburg University, before adding another goal and an assist in the Mountain Cats' 7-0 victory over Washington Adventist (MD) University on Sunday.
Pitt-Johnstown will look to continue its winning ways this week when the squad hosts California University (Pa.) on Friday and travels to Goldey Beacom (DE) College on Saturday.
