Lock Haven University won the final two sets to upset the PSAC Central leading Pitt-Johnstown volleyball team, 3-sets-to-1, Tuesday night in Lock Haven.Â
Cambria Wierman had a match-high 17 kills and
Kendall Mahony added 16 kills to lead Pitt-Johnstown, which had its five-match winning streak broken and fell to 20-8 overall and 13-3 in the PSAC Central Division.

Lock Haven took the first set 28-26, before the Lady Cat responded with a 25-20 win to even the match. However, the Bald Eagles came from behind to win the third set, 27-25, and sealed the match with a 25-20 victory in the fourth set.

Along with her 17 kills, Wierman also had 11 digs, one block and a pair of services. Mahony had 16 kills and a block, while
Anna Johns chipped in five kills and five blocks for the Lady Cats.Â
Tatiana Pitcher also had five kills.

Allison Mondorff led the way for Pitt-Johnstown with 28 set assists and seven digs. In addition,
Devan Orr finished with 12 digs and two aces, and Delaney roman had seven digs and three aces.

Sarah Gomish paced Lock Haven with 12 kills and 12 digs, and Gabrielle Stick had 11 kills.

With the victory, the Bald Eagles snapped a four-match losing streak and improved to 6-18 overall and 5-12 in the PSAC Central.

Pitt-Johnstown closes out the 2016 regular season at home against Millersville on Friday at 7 p.m. and Shippensburg on Saturday for Senior Day at 1 p.m., before beginning the PSAC Tournament on Tuesday.
