



The Pitt-Johnstown men's 4x800 Relay team won the PSAC gold medal to lead the Mountain Cats to the program's best finish since joining the conference in 2013-14. A total of 10 Pitt-Johnstown athletes earned all-conference honors to help the Mountain Cats place 11th in the 13-team field with 42 points.
Shippensburg claimed the team championship with 145.5 points, while Slippery Rock (114 pts.), East Stroudsburg (86 pts.),
Kutztown (85.5 pts.), and Lock Haven (64 pts.) rounded out the Top-5.
The 4x800 Relay Team of
Ken Azzarello,
Tom McArdle,
Connor Harriman, and
Luca Pugliano set a school record and won the program's first gold medal with a time of 7:40.63, while the 4x100 Relay Team of
Jake Zembower,
Alex Colosimo,
Andrew Jeffery, and
Matt Karlheim also set program record and finished third at 42.89. In addition, the 4x400 Relay Team of Karlheim, Colosimo, Azzarello, and Pugliano placed seventh at 3:22.17.
Individually, Karlheim placed fourth in the 200-Meter Dash with a program-record time of 21.72 and fifth in the 400-Meter Run at 48.98. Harriman finished fifth in the 1,500-Meter Run (4:02.43),
John Knox set a team record with 5,714 points and placed fifth in the Decathlon, and
Brock Fisher finished seventh in the Pole vault (13'5").
