Pitt-Johnstown senior forward Gabrielle Smith and senior guard Alli McGrath both became two-time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) selections when they were each named Second-Team All-PSAC West Women's Basketball by the conference's coaches on Thursday.
 
Smith was a first-team all-conference choice last year, while McGrath is now a two-time second-team selection.
 
Smith led Pitt-Johnstown in scoring at 16.5 points per game and was tied with McGrath for second on the team in rebounding at 5.1 rebounds per game.
 
Nationally, Smith ranks sixth in free-throws made (171) and seventh in free-throws attempted (209).
 
Smith, a native of Darlington, Pa. and a graduate of Quigley Catholic High School, ended career ranked 6^th on Pitt-Johnstown All-time Scoring List (1,555 pts) and 22^nd on all-time rebounding list (594 rebs.)
 
McGrath, a native of South Park, Pa. and a graduate of South Park High School, was selected to the All-PSAC West Second-Team for the second consecutive year after transferring to Pitt-Johnstown from Division I University of Maryland-Baltimore County prior to the 2018-19 season.
 
McGrath, the PSAC West Player of the Week on November 11, was second on the team in scoring behind Smith at 15.4 points per game and tied with Smith for second in rebounding at 5.1 rebounds per game.  In just two seasons at Pitt-Johnstown, McGrath scored 903 points.
 
Edinboro's Michaela Barns was named the PSAC West Player of the Year and Lexi Griggs (Indiana (PA) was selected as the Defensive Player of the Year.  In the PSAC East, Shippensburg's Ariel Jones was tabbed the Player of the year and Kutztown's Casey Remolde was tabbed the East's Defensive Player of the Year.

In addition, Rana Elhusseini from Edinboro and Abby Beeman from Shepherd garnered the West and East's Freshman of the Year honors.
 
IUP's Tom McConnell and Shippensburg's Kristy Trn were awarded their respective division's PSAC Coach of the Year accolades.
