The Pitt-Johnstown women's soccer team will look for its second straight win when it hosts Edinboro University for a PSAC Western Division match on Saturday.  Kick-off is scheduled for 1 p.m. Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field.
 
Coach Vito Addalli's Pitt-Johnstown squad snapped a two-match losing streak with a 9-4 PSAC win over California (PA) on Wednesday. The Mountain Cats, 3-6-0 overall and 2-5-0 in the PSAC West, got two goals and an assist from 
Haley Neidig, a pair of goals from 
Emily Esser, and a goal and two assists from 
Morgan Kost in the win over the Vulcans.

Coach Gary Kagiavas, is 5-2-0 overall and 4-2-0 in conference-play after Wednesday's 4-1 setback at Slippery Rock.  
Haydn Paxton's first half penalty kick goal accounted for the Fighting Scots goal.
 
In the last meeting between the two teams on November 6, 2019, 
Marisa Lizins' goal with under a minute to play lifted Pitt-Johnstown to a 4-3 win over the Fighting Scots.
 
The Mountain Cats visit Gannon for a PSAC match next Saturday, before returning home to host conference matches against Slippery Rock on October 13 and Clarion on October 16.
