The Pitt-Johnstown volleyball team will host PSAC Western Division match against Slippery Rock, Friday night in the Sports Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
Pitt-Johnstown, 11-6 overall and 4-4 in the PSAC West, split two home matches last weekend. On Friday, the Mountain Cats swept IUP behind
Lualis Alvarado's 12 kills and
Grace Miller's 11 kills, before Clarion dealt Pitt-Johnstown a three-set loss on Saturday. Miller added nine kills, and Alvardo had seven kills against the Golden Eagles.
Slippery Rock, 4-18 overall and 1-8 in the PSAC West under 38

Coach Laurie Lokash, suffered a five-set home loss to Mercyhurst on Tuesday.
Abigail Koeller had 14 kills, and
Erica Selfridge added 11 kills for the Rock.
Pitt-Johnstown has won the last eight meetings and holds an 8-2 advantage in the series that dates back to 2008. On Sept. 21, the Mountain Cats earned a five-set win in Slippery Rock.
Miller (17 kills),
Alvarado (16 kills), and
Cassie Pascarella (14 kills) led Pitt-Johnstown.
Koeller's 11 kills led the Rock.
Pitt-Johnstown visits Mercyhurst PSAC match on Saturday, before hosting conference matches against Edinboro next Friday and Gannon for Senior Day next Saturday.
