Head Coach Pat Pecora's 11^th-ranked Pitt-Johnstown wrestling squad won five bouts by technical fall, before third-ranked Isaiah Vance's (285 lbs.) first period pin wrapped-up a 55-0 Mountain Cat victory over American International (MA) at Saturday's Shippensburg Duals.  Pitt-Johnstown has won its last five matches and improved to 10-2 on the season.
 
After 12^th-ranked Trevon Gray got things going with a 20-4 technical fall at 3:23 over Liam Pritchard Holland in the 125-lb bout, the Mountain Cats received forfeit wins by Byron Daubert (133 lbs.), Mason Myers (141 lbs.), and second-ranked Jacob Ealy (149 lbs.) to make it 23-0.
 
At 157 lbs., Cooper Warshel earned a 20-3 technical fall win at 2:29 over Kyrie Williams, and Dillon Keane won by forfeit at 165 lbs.
 
Pitt-Johnstown then got three straight wins by technical fall to watch the lead balloon to 49-0.  Anthony Salopek defeated Nieroda, 16-0 at 3:52 at 174 lbs., Noah Gnibus handed Matt Bremmer at 19-1 loss at 5:46 at 184 lbs. and seventh-ranked Dakoda Rodgers dealt Tommy Caraccciolo a 19-3 tech fall loss at 5:55 in the bout at 197 lbs.
 
The Mountain Cats closed out the lopsided victory with Vance's fall at 1:44 over Hayden Gaudette at 285 lbs.
 
Pitt-Johnstown returns home to host a PSAC match against Seton Hill on Friday at 7 p.m. as part of Pitt-Johnstown's Winterfest Weekend in the Sports Center, before visiting Kutztown for a conference match on Feb. 2.
