Lucas Smith fired an even par 72 to finish Friday's First Round of the 2025 PSAC Men's Golf Championships at Iron Valley golf Club in Levanon in a four-way tie for second-place and help the Mountain Cats climb into third-place at 11-over par.
Round two of the PSAC Men's golf Championships is scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m., with the final round slated for Sunday.
Shepherd's Morgan Dehoff sits atop the leaderboard at 5-under par, while his Rams closed out the opening day in a tie for first-place with West Chester at +7. Pitt-Johnstown sits third, while Gannon (+12) is fourth, and Indiana (PA) (+14) is fifth in this year's nine-team field.
Smith sits five strokes back of the leader at even-par, tied with Kam Kerle (Clarion), Guillermo Salazar (IUP), and Patrick Carl (West Chester).
