Nearly 160 runners gathered at the West Branch Cross Country Course for the 2025 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Men's Cross Country Championships and Pitt-Johnstown's Aiden Lechleitner placed 112^th to lead the Mountain Cats.
 
Fayetteville State's (NC) Brian Kiprop (30:19.4) and Franklin Kipchirchir (30:20.) finished first and second, respectively, and Shippensburg Garrett Quinan placed third at 30:21.9 to help his team claim the Atlantic Region Championship with 60 points, two points better than second-place Charleston (WV).
 
Davis & Elkins (WV) was third with 100 points, while Fayetteville State (101 points) and East Stroudsburg (146 points) rounded out the top-five in the 22-team field.  The Mountain Cats were 22^nd with 671 points.
 
Lechleitner paced Pitt-Johnstown in its final meet of the season with a 112^th-place finish at 34:52.  Brandt Patterson was 128^th at 35:56.7, followed by Tyler Harold (151^st, 39:32.8), Joel Weber (154^th, 40:36.5), and Gavin Smith (155^th, 40:47.7).
