The fifth-ranked Pitt-Johnstown wrestlers took advantage falls from Connor Demcher (141 lbs.) and 13^th-ranked Trent Hoover and won nine of the 10 bouts in a 42-4 non-conference win over Saint Vincent in Thursday evening's showcase on Flo Wrestling Night in America at Bishop McCort High School.  The Mountain Cats are now 9-0.
 
Top-ranked Trevon Gray picked up a 22-5 technical fall at just 2:17 of the opening period at 125 lbs. and Brady Baker dealt Logan Connolly a 13-3 major decision loss at 133 to give Pitt-Johnstown an 9-0 lead to start.
 
After Demcher pinned Ty Debnar 2:31 into the opening period to make it 15-0, Saint Vincent got on the scoreboard at 149 lbs. with Anthony Orlandini's 11-2 major decision win over Elijah Brosius, but it was all Mountain Cats after that.
 
At 157 lbs., Isaiah Pisano quickly got those four points when he defeated Ryan Yocum, 16-2, before Hoover won by fall at 1:22 over Connor Bauerline at 165 lbs., and seventh-ranked Ty Morrison won a 21-5 technical fall at 4:04 over Chase Brandebura at 174 lbs. to extend it to 30-4.
 
Pitt-Johnstown kept it going when Teague Conover recorded Pitt-Johnstown's third tech fall of the night.  Conover defeated Cristo Marion, 21-5 at 5:49.
 
Aiden Hight followed with a 13-4 major decision over Ryan Weizen in the bout at 197 lbs., before Owen Ott closed things out with a 4-0 win over Jonah McCoy at 285 lbs.
 
With the loss, Saint Vincent slipped to 3-2 on the year.
 
Pitt-Johnstown will return to the Sports Center to celebrate Winterfest Weekend with a PSAC match against Seton Hill on Friday at 7 p.m., before hosting another conference match against Millersville on Jan. 31.
