


More than 20 Pitt-Johnstown men's and women's athletes competed in this weekend's 2026 PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Shippensburg University.
Aiden Lechleitner and
Noah Ser came away with ninth-place finishes in their events to lead the men, while
Audra Fedor placed 12
th in the 3,000-Meter Run to pace the Mountain Cat women.
Shippensburg claimed the men's PSAC Championship with 211.5 points, and Slippery Rock took home the women's title with 146.5 team points. The Pitt-Johnstown men placed 13
th, and the women were 16
th.
On the men's side, Lechleitner placed ninth in the 3,000-Meter Steeple at 9:50.89 and Ser came away with a ninth-place finish in the High Jump at 1.91 Meters.

Pitt-Johnstown's
Derek Christeleit was 10
th in the Javelin (55.23 Meters), and
Ryan Porch was 11
th in the Long Jump at 6.92 Meters.
Hunter Johnson also competed in the Long Jump but did not place.
Nathaniel Thomas (59.53) and
Domenion Jacobs (1:00.81) both ran in the 400-Meter Hurdles.
The Mountain Cats' 4x400-Meter Relay Team of
Tyler Harold,
Sebastian Roman,
Damian Blum, and
Austin Yarnick placed seventh at 3:22.29, and the 4x100-Meter Relay Team of
Anthony Dicesaro, Roman, Yarnick, and
Nicholas Legnine posted a time of 43.13.
On the women's side, Fedor placed 12
th in the 5,000-Meter Run at 18:19.02.
Ellie Zuro-Cirino qualified for the championships in three individual events, including the 100 and 400-Meter Hurdles, and Heptathlon and
Sydney Dunn qualified in the 10,000-Meter Run.
Both Mountain Cat relay teams competed. In the 4x400-Meter Relay,
Rihanna Hillegas,
Aubree Lorenzo,
Ava Menzies, and
Paris Etchu posted a time of 50.97, and the 4x400-Meter Relay Team of Menzies,
Ella Miller, Lorenzo, and Hillegas finished at 4:27.23.
