th-Ranked Millersville dealt the Mountain Cat baseball team 9-1 and 11-8 non-conference losses to open a rare triple-header, Saturday afternoon in Williamston, N.C.Â

Dylan Conrad all belted homeruns for Pitt-Johnstown.

In game one, Millersville opened-up a 6-0 lead after two innings behind All-American pitcher Chris Murphy, and went on to hand the Mountain Cat a 9-1 loss.

Lino Bravo accounted for Pitt-Johnstown's lone run with a solo homer in the top of the fifth inning. The Mountain Cats, who were held to six hits, also got base hits from
Ernesto Rizzitano,
Jake Stern,
Luke Williams,
Mason Prickett, and
Dillon Boyer.

Ken Gault got the start on the mound for Pitt-Johnstown and fell to 0-2 after allowing six runs on eight hits over the first four innings.

Murphy earned the win for Millersville after tossing six innings. Murphy gave up the one run on six hits. He also fanned four and walked none.

In Saturday's second game, Pitt-Johnstown scored three first inning runs off of Millersville starter Jim McDade, but the Marauders scored four in the second, one in the third and six in the seventh before holding off the Mountain Cats 11-8.

Rizzitano led off the bottom of the first with a solo homer and Sleigh added a two-run shot in the same inning to give Pitt-Johnstown the 3-0 lead.

Conrad added a three-run blast in the bottom of the seventh for the Mountain Cats

Conrad went 2-for-3 with a homerun and 3 RBI, while
Nate Negri and Williams each had two hits and scored a run for Pitt-Johnstown.

Nate Pope took the loss and slipped to 0-2 after surrendering five runs (4 earned) on just three hits over the first three innings.
