In a field of nearly 150 runners, Pitt-Johnstown's
Nathan Mienke placed 38
th to help lead the Mountain Cats to a 14
th-place team finish at Saturday's 2023 PSAC Cross Country Championships in Bloomsburg.
Shippensburg's Garrett Quinan took the individual PSAC championship with a time of 25:58.3 to guide the Red Raiders to the team title with 26 points.
Mienke placed 38
th with a time of 27:52.7 to lead all of the Pitt-Johnstown runners, while
Luke Cimakasky was 61
st at 28:25.6.

th, 29:23.7),
Brandt Patterson (99
th, 29:46.2), and
Ben Brassart (101
st, 29:58.3) wrapped-up the Mountain Cat's top-five runners.
Shippensburg's 26 points were 39 points better than second-place Slippery Rock's 65 points in the field of 18 teams. Indiana (PA) (105 points), East Stroudsburg (176 points), and California (PA) (180 points) were the top-five teams. Pitt-Johnstown was 14
th with 340 points.
The Mountain Cats will travel to Lock Haven for the 2023 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships on Nov. 4.
