th in a field of nearly 160 runners to lead Pitt-Johnstown at Saturday's 2023 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region 10K Championships in Lock Haven.

Mienke finished in a time of 33:18.8 in his first appearance at the Regional Championships.

Charleston's (WV) George Couttie won individual medalist honors with a time of 30:10.5 as the Golden Eagles claimed the first three individual spots. Charleston and Lock Haven each finished with 54 points to sit atop of the 21-team field at this year's Atlantic Region Championships.

Along with Mienke,
Luke Cimakasky placed 107
th at 34:13.6 and
Brandt Patterson was 115
th at 34:36.5. In addition,
Ben Brassart placed 130
th (35:59.7) and
Noah Lee was 138
th (36:50.8) to round out the Mountain Cats' top-five runners.

Charleston and Lock Haven each tallied 54 team points, while Shippensburg (63 points), Slippery Rock (104 points), and Indiana (PA) (178 points) were the top-five teams. Pitt-Johnstown finished 19
th with 542 points.
