The Pitt-Johnstown baseball team will host a non-conference, nine-inning game against Mansfield, Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Point Stadium.

Pitt-Johnstown, under first-year Head Coach George Roberts, comes in at 12-26 after dropping three of-four PSAC West games to Lock Haven over the weekend.  The Mountain Cats walked off with a 5-4 win in Friday's opener at Point Stadium on Erik Rhodes' bases loaded walk.  The Bald Eagles came back with a 12-2 win in game two, then swept Pitt-Johnstown, 5-4 and 5-2 in Lock Haven on Saturday.

Head Coach Andrew Chalot (6th year) and the Mansfield Mountaineers are 13-23 after splitting a four-game PSAC Eastern Division series with Shippensburg last weekend.  The Mountaineers took game one 14-3, then lost game two 23-6 in Mansfield on Friday.  After losing game one in Shippensburg, 5-2, on Saturday, the Mountaineers answered with a 9-6 victory to close out the series.

Since the 2005 season, the Mountain Cats and Mountaineers are 2-2 against each other, but the teams haven't met since splitting a doubleheader in Fort Pierce, Fla. on March 8, 2009.  Pitt-Johnstown took the opener, 5-1, before suffering a 9-8 setback in game two.

Pitt-Johnstown will begin a home-and-home PSAC Western series at Indiana (PA) on Friday, then complete the series with a doubleheader at Point Stadium on Saturday.
