Pitt-Johnstown red-shirt freshman midfielder/forward
Haley Neidig was named 2021 Second-Team Division II Conference Commissioners' Association (D2CCA) Second-Team All-Atlantic Region when this year's teams were released on Tuesday. Neidig becomes Pitt-Johnstown's first D2CCA All-region selection.
Neidig, a native of South Williamsport, Pa., made her Pitt-Johnstown debut in 2021 after the 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The South Williamsport High school graduate seven assists paced Pitt-Johnstown in 2021, while her seven goals and 21 points were both second on the team.
Neidig's .39 assists per game led the PSAC and currently rank 42
nd in NCAA Division II, and her seven assists also led the PSAC and rank 39
th nationally. In addition, Neidig ranked seventh in the PSAC in both total points (21) and points per game (1.17).
