The 14^th-ranked Pitt-Johnstown wrestlers won nine of the 10 bouts, including falls from Mason Myers (141 lbs.), third-ranked Jacob Ealy (149 lb.), and seventh-ranked Isaiah Vance (285 lbs.), in a lopsided, 43-6 victory over No. 21 Glenville State (WV) University in Sunday's first round of the Fairmont State Duals in Fairmont W.Va.  The Mountain Cats are now 2-1.
 
A 15-0 technical fall by seventh-ranked Trevon Gray at 125 lbs. gave Pitt-Johnstown and early 5-0 advantage, but Glenville State answered to take a quick lead of its own when top-ranked Gavin Quiocho pinned Byron Daubert at 133 lbs.
 
However, Pitt-Johnstown ran off eight consecutive wins and never looked back.  At 141 lbs., Myers pinned Dalton Minnick and Ealy followed by pinning Ethan Hardy at 149 lbs. to put the Mountain Cats on top, 17-6.
 
Pitt-Johnstown kept it rolling with a 13-0 major decision by Cooper Warshel over Wiley Houser at 157 lbs., and Dillon Kean's forfeit victory at 165 lbs. made it 27-6.
 
Tony Salopek dealt Cade Linn a 5-0 setback at 174 lbs., an 8-2 win by Noah Gnibus at 184 lbs. over Brady Ross increased it to 33-6, before the Mountain Cats closed it out with ninth-ranked Dakoda Rodgers' defeated Nick Copley, 16-4, at 197 lbs. to improve to 6-0, and Vance closed it out by pinning Gavin Shamblin at 2:21 to set the final at 43-6.
 
With the loss, the Pioneers slipped to 3-2 on the year.
