

Pitt-Johnstown red-shirt junior midfielder/forward
Haley Neidig, a second-team women's soccer all-region selection in 2021, was named 2023 First-Team Division II Conference Commissioners' Association (D2CCA) All-Atlantic Region when this year's teams were released on Tuesday. Neidig is the first Pitt-Johnstown women's soccer player to garner first-team D2CCA All-region honors. She will now be on the national ballot for voting to earn All-America accolades.
Neidig, a native of Williamsport, Pa. and a graduate of South Williamsport High school, ranked fourth in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) in goals per game (.56), fifth in total goals (10), sixth in points per game (1.33), and seventh in total points (24).
Nationally, Neidig ranked 50
th in points per game, 52
nd in total goals, 54
th in points per game, and 67
th in total points.
The Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) encourages and promotes Division II athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a key communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact Division II intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA Division II member colleges and universities.
