Head Coach
Cody Trabert and the Pitt-Johnstown men's golf team earned their third straight and fourth overall berth in the NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Tournament when the NCAA released this year's field, Sunday Evening. The Mountain Cats, seeded third in the Atlantic Region, will host this year's regional Championships at Sunnehanna Country Club, may 7-9.
Pitt-Johnstown made its first appearance in the NCAA Regional in 2022, before earning a spot and finishing 13th in the 20-team field.
Eighty teams and 32 student-athletes competing as individuals have been selected to participate in regional competition.
At a minimum, the top three teams and the top two student-athletes not with a team from each regional will advance to the finals, May 18–22 at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada. The remaining eight team berths will be allocated based on the regions represented in the prior year's head-to-head medal play portion of the championships, with the maximum number of teams from a given region capped at seven. The finals will be hosted by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority:
